Senior Full-Stack Engineer, Product

What You'll Do

Own feature areas of our core product end-to-end — from problem framing through shipped UI.

Pair directly with regulatory specialists and customers to translate messy, real-world workflows into clean software.

Write clear, testable code across Type Script, React/Next, Postgres, and the rest of our stack.

Raise the bar for engineering craft — code review, docs, tooling, and the parts of the system that make the team faster.

Help shape hiring, technical direction, and team culture as we grow.

6+ years shipping production software in a product-focused engineering role.

Strong fluency with Type Script and a modern front-end framework (Next, Remix, or similar).

Comfort across the stack — you can own a feature from schema to UI without hand-offs.

A bias for ownership, tight feedback loops, and direct customer contact.

Enthusiasm for working closely with domain experts to model complex real-world systems.

High-leverage work on a platform that measurably reduces risk and work for our customers.

A small, senior team where the work you ship reaches users within days, not quarters.

Base pay: $175,000 – $240,000
