The role is for a Staff AI Product Designer who sits at the intersection of product design and frontend engineering, is designer-first with technical skills, and will define and build the look and feel of AI-native workflows to make complex enterprise tools feel intuitive.

• Define the visual language, interaction patterns, and user flows for core product features and ship them to production, owning the experience from concept to launch.
• Design and evolve reusable component libraries that work in Figma and in code; establish patterns for layouts, interactions, and visual hierarchy.
• Partner with product and engineers to translate AI capabilities into intuitive user interfaces and experiences.

• Designer first with a strong visual and interaction foundation.
• Experience designing complex software products.
Have learned to code or are learning to be able to ship designs without waiting on a backlog.
• Expertise with Figma, design systems, component libraries, and interaction patterns.
• Use AI coding assistants (examples listed: Cursor, Claude Code, Codex, Replit) to translate concepts into working, near-production-grade prototypes.
• Focus on micro-interactions, transitions, spacing, color, and accessibility.
• Experience shipping AI-native features to production and designing for non-determinism in LLMs.
• Ground design decisions in research and real feedback and own the end-to-end experience from sketch to ship.
