As a Customer Success Engineer at Tasklet, you will bridge the gap between technical complexity and user success. You'll own the customer journey, from high-touch onboarding to solving intricate technical issues. By automating support workflows with AI and feeding insights back to engineering, you’ll ensure our users thrive while scaling our operations efficiently.

• Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues across external services, code execution, and web browsing tasks.
• Manage high-touch customer relationships through onboarding, demos, and proactive training to ensure long-term product success.
• Collaborate with engineering to fix product bugs and build internal tools like dashboards and AI-augmented support workflows.

• Possesses 1-5 years of experience in high-agency, customer-facing roles within a fast-paced technology or startup environment.
• Demonstrates a "power user" technical mindset with a passion for automating repetitive work using modern AI tools.
• Excellent communicator who can translate complex technical concepts into clear, empathetic, and persuasive guidance for business users.
