Product Engineer

We’re partnering with a fast-growing, well-funded AI startup tackling one of the largest and most painful problems in enterprise technology: how complex software implementations actually get done.

These projects can take months or years, involve enormous teams, and still rely heavily on scattered documents, manual processes, tribal knowledge, and endless human coordination.

This team is building a better way.

Their platform uses AI agents to understand complex project knowledge, identify risks, automate repetitive work, and help teams move from planning through go-live with dramatically more intelligence and control.

Now they’re building the engineering team that will define what the product becomes.

As a Product Engineer, you’ll work directly with company leadership and own meaningful parts of the product from idea → architecture → production.

You’ll:

• Build full-stack products used in complex, real-world enterprise workflows
• Develop AI-powered and agentic features that replace repetitive manual work
• Work across frontend, backend, data, infrastructure, and LLM systems
• Get close to users and turn messy problems into elegant product experiences
• Make technical and product decisions with incomplete information
• Ship quickly, learn from real usage, and keep improving what you build

This is not a ticket-taking engineering role.

You’ll be expected to understand the problem, form an opinion about the solution, build it, ship it, and own what happens next.

We care more about what you’ve built, how you think, and where you're going than checking every box on a résumé.

You may be a great fit if you:

• Have shipped meaningful products or features to real users
• Have strong software engineering fundamentals and can work across the stack
• Are comfortable with technologies like Type Script/React and Python/FastAPI
• Have experience building with LLMs, AI agents, or modern AI development tools
• Have worked at an early-stage startup, founded something, or consistently found ways to build beyond what was asked of you
• Bring unusual curiosity, ambition, and ownership to your work
• Care about the user and whether what you’re building actually solves the problem

Experience with B2B software, enterprise workflows, workflow automation, or data-intensive products is a plus — but it isn't required.

Early in your career, what you get to own matters.

Here, you'll work alongside an experienced founding team, ship directly into the core product, learn from real customers, and make decisions while the product and engineering organization are still being defined.

You’ll be building intelligent systems designed to eliminate enormous amounts of repetitive, manual work and give people better tools to solve complex problems.

That means the things you build won't disappear into a backlog.

People will use them. They’ll change how work gets done. And you'll be able to point to what you built and say: I helped make that happen.
