Founding Product Engineer

I'm looking for a Founding Product Engineer to join me at Glowe Up.

Glowe Up is an early-stage femtech company building at the intersection of women's hormonal health, skincare, data, and AI.

We're developing a consumer platform designed to help women better understand how their cycle, hormones, symptoms, lifestyle, and skin connect — while building the data infrastructure behind a more personalized approach to beauty and wellness.

The product is in beta and moving toward public launch. Now I'm looking for someone who wants to help me bring it to market, strengthen the product and technical foundation, and build what comes next.

I'm looking for someone who enjoys ownership — someone who can look across the app, website, backend, integrations, analytics, and overall product experience and think:

What needs to happen next and how do we build it well?

You might be a great fit if you:

• Have experience shipping real consumer products, mobile apps, or full-stack web applications
• Are comfortable working across frontend, backend, databases, APIs, deployments, and integrations
• Use AI-assisted development tools thoughtfully and move quickly without sacrificing quality
• Can debug independently and make sound product and technical decisions
• Are comfortable working in an early-stage environment where priorities evolve quickly
• Care about UX and the customer experience -- not just whether the code works
• Are curious about personalization, consumer health, beauty, wellness, or women's health
• Want meaningful responsibility and the opportunity to shape a product from an early stage

Experience with iOS, React/React Native, Postgres, APIs, Shopify, cloud infrastructure, analytics, or AI-enabled products is especially relevant — but I care more about what you've built and shipped than checking every box.

Most importantly, I'm looking for someone who gets excited about building from an early stage and wants to help shape both the product and the technical foundation of the company. This could grow into a significant technical leadership role as Glowe Up grows.

Compensation: cash + equity, structured based on experience, commitment, and level of ownership.
