Notion is seeking an AI Engineer to build intelligent features that help teams organize knowledge and collaborate more effectively. You will develop AI-powered search, summarization, Q&A, and writing assistance features integrated into the Notion workspace.
Requirements- 3+ years of software engineering with AI/ML focus
- Experience integrating LLMs into product features
- Strong skills in Type Script and Python
- Experience with RAG and semantic search
- Understanding of product development and user experience
- Experience with Notion or productivity tools
- Background in information retrieval
- Experience with embeddings and vector databases
- Familiarity with prompt engineering and evaluation
