We're at $3M+ run rate and we're just getting started. The product is working. The market is pulling. Now we need a software engineer who wants to build the future of this industry, not maintain someone else's legacy systems.

This is not a ticket-taker role. You'll own entire systems from architecture to deployment.

• AI-powered evaluation systems. that score creator content and predict campaign performance
• Creator matching infrastructure. connecting the right creators with the right brands at scale
• Campaign automation pipelines. replacing manual ops with intelligent workflows
• Internal tools and dashboards. that make our team 10x more efficient every quarter
• Whatever needs building. - at this stage, the best idea wins regardless of who proposed it

You are the type of person who shipped side projects, competed in olympiads, or built things that make people stop and ask how you did them. You have strong CS fundamentals from a top program, competitive programming, or independent proof of raw ability, and you are dangerous with code.

• Part-time: $1,500-$3,000/month. base for a 25-hour weekly commitment
• Full-time. competitive salary depending on experience, plus stock options on conversion
• Performance bonuses. meaningful upside tied to shipping and business outcomes
• Direct access. - sit next to Theo (CTO, Imperial College) in SF and build together daily
• Massive scope. - own entire product areas from week one
• Trial structure. 2-month paid internship to make sure the fit is right on both sides, then full-time conversion.
