Senior Full Stack Software Engineer

About the Role

Premier Global Links LLC is seeking a Senior Full Stack Software Engineer to build sophisticated web applications across frontend, backend, and real-time systems.

This role is ideal for an experienced product engineer with strong React, Type Script, and Python expertise who enjoys solving complex technical problems, owning architecture, and taking products from early concepts through reliable production systems.

• Build and ship product capabilities across frontend and backend systems.
• Develop scalable React and Type Script applications for complex workflows.
• Build backend services, APIs, and data models using Python and modern technologies.
• Design application state management, synchronization, and real-time data flows.
• Build document editing, review, and collaboration experiences.
• Develop features that enable users to interact with and supervise AI-powered workflows.
• Design and implement real-time systems using technologies such as Web Sockets or SSE
  .
• Make architectural decisions as product usage and system complexity grow.
• Partner with Product, Design, and business teams to turn concepts into polished production software.
• Research unfamiliar technical problems, prototype solutions, and drive implementation independently.
• Improve application performance, reliability, and maintainability.

• 4+ years of experience shipping production software across frontend and backend.
• Deep expertise in React and Type Script .
• Strong experience with Python or comparable backend technologies.
• Experience building sophisticated, data-intensive web applications.
• Strong understanding of state management, performance, synchronization, and concurrent changes.
• Experience designing and building backend services, APIs, and data models.
• Experience taking products or major features from 0 to 1.
• Strong software architecture and system design skills.
• Bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in Computer Science or a related field.
• Ability to independently research, prototype, and solve complex technical problems.

• Experience with collaborative applications, document editors, or workflow platforms

• Experience with CRDTs, Web Sockets, SSE, or other real-time technologies

• Experience building AI-powered products or AI-assisted workflows.
• Understanding of asynchronous systems, including queues, events, retries, idempotency, and failure recovery.
• Experience working at a venture-backed startup or growth-stage technology company.
• Experience owning architecture as products scale in users and complexity.

• $200,000–$250,000 annual salary

This position is primarily based in San Francisco
