Jr. Logistics Coordinator

We’re looking for a Logistics Coordinator to support inbound material flow and day-to-day shipment tracking. In this role, you’ll help keep purchase orders and shipments organized, follow up with vendors on shipment timing, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure materials arrive at the correct warehouse for inventory entry.

• Maintain a tracker of open purchase orders and inbound shipments
• Follow up with vendors to confirm estimated shipment dates and release status
• Verify basic shipment details such as quantities, destination, and delivery method
• Coordinate with freight forwarders and internal teams on pickups and deliveries
• Help ensure shipments are routed to the correct warehouse or receiving location
• Share shipment timing updates with engineering and operations teams to support planning
• Escalate delays, missing information, or discrepancies to senior team members
• Support basic reporting and documentation related to inbound logistics

• 0–2 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, operations, or an administrative support role
• Comfortable working in spreadsheets and tracking multiple open items
• Willingness to communicate with vendors and internal teams
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to follow established processes and ask questions when unclear

• Exposure to shipping, logistics, or supply chain concepts
• Experience supporting hardware, warehouse, or operations teams
• Familiarity with freight forwarders or shipping documentation

Compensation: $35 - $45 per hour
