A leading developer in next‑generation aerospace technology is seeking a highly capable Logistics Manager to build, lead, and scale its transportation and hazardous‑materials logistics programs. This role is central to ensuring that aircraft components, batteries, tooling, and other high‑value assets move safely, compliantly, and efficiently across multiple facilities, test sites, and a broad supplier network.

This is a hands‑on, program‑building position that blends daily execution with long‑term strategy. You’ll design and operate a robust logistics ecosystem that supports production growth, expanding flight‑test operations, and increasing global supply‑chain complexity.

• Run multimodal transport: parcel, LTL, FTL, air freight, specialty loads.
• Build and manage hazmat logistics processes, including lithium batteries.
• Develop routing standards, packaging requirements, and SOPs.
• Track performance, costs, and service levels, driving continuous improvement.
• Work closely with engineering, manufacturing, and test teams to support fast‑moving programs.

• 7+ years in logistics, transportation, or supply chain operations.
• Experience with hazmat programs and regulations (DOT, PHMSA, IATA).
• Strong carrier management and multimodal freight experience.
• Ability to operate in a high‑pace technical environment.
