• Pack and load products into vehicle according to company’s specifications
• Deliver and pick up orders on assigned routes in a time‑effective manner
• Maintain ongoing communication with our Logistics and Customer Service departments
• Review deliveries with customers to ensure products meet their needs
• Drive for extended periods (Day and PM shifts); driving time ranges from 6–12 hours
• Be detail oriented and able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
• Ensure all order paperwork is signed and completed
• Provide a high level of professional customer service to dispensaries
• Available for daytime and evening shifts

• Valid California State Driver’s License (must pass MVR check and meet company insurability requirements)
• 3+ years of commercial Class C driving experience (or 3 years of commercial driving experience)
• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Minimum 25 years of age
• Must be able to work day shifts and overnight shifts
• Punctual and persistent with a positive attitude
• Self‑motivated and able to work well with others
• Good listening and communication skills across various audiences
• Ability to use initiative and independent judgment appropriately
• Ability to sit while driving

• Medical, Dental, Vision, and 401(k) after 90 days of employment
• Compensation $21 to $23 per hour depending on experience
