To support the Flight Operations Team, the full-time Pilot Scheduler will design and communicate schedule modifications, monitor travel arrangements, and audit daily schedules for compliance with company and Federal Aviation Regulations while working remotely.
Key responsibilities- Ensure efficient utilization of pilots and track their attendance daily
- Communicate schedule updates and changes to crew members promptly
- Coordinate ground transportation, offline flights, and hotel accommodations for pilots and crew members as needed
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
- Knowledge of FAR Part 135 and/or Part 121 operations is required
- Previous experience in FAR Part 135 and/or 121 scheduling or operations
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends as needed
- Excellent time management and multi-tasking abilities
