Fleet is a Los Angeles–based technology and logistics company building the operational infrastructure behind modern rideshare fleets. Our vehicles run 24 hours a day across five markets.

You'll make sure our vehicles are ready to drive. You'll schedule maintenance, manage repair shops and vendors, direct our Fleet Specialists, and know at any hour what's down and why. This is a hands‑on role. You'll spend as much time in the lot and the shop as at a screen.

We're hiring for San Francisco and San Diego.

• Own the preventive maintenance schedule for your market.

• Coordinate repairs and track every vehicle until it's back in service.

• Manage outside shops and vendors, from scheduling through invoice review.

• Direct the day‑to‑day work of the Fleet Specialist team.

• Track downtime and cost per vehicle, and keep maintenance records and inspections current.

• Take unsafe vehicles out of service and escale safety issues right away.

• 3+ years in fleet, automotive or vehicle maintenance (shop, dealership service, rental, delivery or transit fleet).

• Working knowledge of vehicle systems and experience managing vendors.

• Comfort with fleet software. We use Fleetio, Samsara and Service Up.

• Availability for a 24-hour operation, including some nights, weekends and on‑call.

• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

• ASE certification or technician background.

• EV or hybrid experience.

• Experience leading a small team.

Base Salary: $71,000–$75,000 + equity
