Payroll Tax Supervisor (JN - San Gabriel, California
Salary: USD
55 - USD
60 per hour
A large corporation in the San Gabriel area is looking for a Payroll Tax Supervisor on a long-term contract, hybrid basis. The Payroll Tax Supervisor will handle payroll tax filings, payroll tax identification numbers, payroll tax audits (i.e., state unemployment), payroll tax case reviews, and acquisition . The Payroll Tax Supervisor will also handle payroll reconciliation, prepare work papers for audits, prepare payroll tax for its various subsidiaries and company codes, as well as conduct ad hoc reporting.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration is preferred.
- At least six years of payroll and payroll tax experience with a large corporation.
- ADP, Smart Compliance is required.
- ADP Vantage is extremely preferred.
- Must have excellent communication skills.
- Pay, $55 – 60/hr.
