Job Description
Client Relationship Consultants build relationships with customers, engaging them via multiple channels including in‑person, by appointment, and virtually to provide the best possible counsel while adapting a digital‑first mindset. They assess and attend to customers’ banking needs, obtain and process customer and account information, demonstrate and educate clients on available deposit and loan products and services, and recommend solutions based on each customer’s unique goals and needs.
The position requires National Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS) registration under the terms of the S.A.F.E. Act of 2008 and Regulation Z. Candidates must complete the required registration process, which includes a criminal background and credit check. Failure to meet or maintain NMLS registration requirements may result in rescission of the offer or termination of employment.
Client Relationship Consultant 2 Basic Qualifications- High school diploma or equivalent
- Three to four years of customer service experience
- Three to four years of sales experience
- Thorough knowledge of retail product philosophy, policy, procedures, documentation, and systems
- Thorough knowledge of all retail products and services
- Proven customer service and interpersonal skills
- Experience participating in sales campaigns/promotions
- Strong mathematical, problem‑solving, and negotiation skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Experience in the financial services industry preferred
- Experience assisting less experienced personnel
Salary range: $23‑$25 per hour.
Client Relationship Consultant 3 Basic Qualifications- High school diploma or equivalent
- Four to five years of customer service experience
- Four to five years of sales experience
- Thorough knowledge of retail product philosophy, policy, procedures, documentation, and systems
- Advanced knowledge of all retail products and services
- Proven customer service and interpersonal skills
- Experience participating in sales campaigns/promotions
- Strong mathematical, problem‑solving, and negotiation skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Experience in the financial services industry preferred
- Previous supervisory experience preferred
Salary range: $27‑$29 per hour.
LocationThis role requires working from a U.S. Bank location for all scheduled work days.
