About the Role
This leadership position oversees loan operations including payment processing, escrow monitoring, insurance/tax monitoring, investor reporting, quality control, and full regulatory compliance across the loan servicing lifecycle.
What You'll Do- Manage and develop a loan operations team hiring, coaching, performance management, and succession planning
- Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations (TRID, RESPA, SCRA, FACTA, GLBA, FDCPA, BSA/BO, and more)
- Oversee risk mitigation, audit response, and remediation of compliance findings
- Manage loan purchase/sale activity in partnership with Treasury, Accounting, and Leveraged Lending teams
- Drive process improvement and documentation across the servicing unit
- Partner cross-functionally to meet service level and productivity KPIs
- Provide regulatory training and updates to staff
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or Economics
- 7+ years of loan servicing experience
- 5+ years of management experience
- Strong knowledge of loan servicing compliance and regulatory requirements
- Advanced Excel and Microsoft Office proficiency
- FIS, Black Knight, Synergy, or Cash system experience preferred
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. (no visa sponsorship available)
