ERP Systems Analyst

Our client is seeking an ERP Systems Analyst to support and enhance enterprise applications used across corporate and field/restaurant operations. This individual will serve as a key liaison between technical and operational teams, helping maintain system stability, support end users, manage integrations, and ensure ERP-related processes align with evolving business needs.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys a blend of systems administration, business process support, troubleshooting, reporting, and cross-functional collaboration within a fast-paced operational environment.

• Support the configuration, administration, and ongoing maintenance of enterprise-wide ERP and operational systems used across corporate offices and restaurant/field locations.
• Maintain system functionality through regular updates, feature releases, patches, and scheduled maintenance activities.
• Ensure ERP and related systems remain synchronized with integrated platforms by monitoring interfaces, identifying data discrepancies, and coordinating issue resolution.
• Serve as a liaison between IT and business departments to troubleshoot and remediate system, workflow, and data-related issues.
• Manage and maintain reports, screens, workflows, scheduled jobs, deprecated fields, and security profiles within supported systems.
• Monitor system metrics, KPIs, adoption rates, and product performance to identify opportunities for optimization and process improvement.
• Respond to and resolve ERP-related incidents, tickets, and user support requests in a timely manner.
• Create, update, and maintain system documentation, user guides, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) as processes evolve.
• Assist with product enhancements, backlog items, testing, and change control initiatives alongside Product Managers and technical teams.
• Support ongoing process improvement initiatives related to ERP, labor management, and operational systems.

• 2+ years of experience in systems administration, systems analysis, application support, or ERP systems support.
• Experience supporting enterprise applications, business systems, or operational platforms in a multi-location environment.
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills with the ability to identify root causes and coordinate issue resolution.
• Experience managing system configurations, reporting, workflows, user access/security, and scheduled jobs.
• Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong documentation skills, including SOP creation and process mapping.
• Experience supporting integrated systems and maintaining data integrity between platforms.

• Experience implementing, administering, or supporting an ERP platform.
• Experience with Labor Management Systems (LMS) strongly preferred.
• Experience with Legion and/or Labor

• Experience supporting restaurant, hospitality, retail, or multi-site operational environments is a plus.
• Familiarity with ticketing systems, reporting tools, and change management processes.
• Exposure to product backlog management, release management, or change control processes is a plus.
