We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Physician Assistant (PA) or Nurse Practitioner (NP) to join our oncology team in San Gabriel, CA
. In this role, you will provide exceptional care to patients with cancer, working collaboratively with oncologists to deliver evidence‑based treatment and support. This is a great opportunity to make a meaningful impact while advancing your career in a supportive environment.
- Deliver advanced oncology care, including patient assessments, treatment planning, and follow‑up in outpatient and inpatient settings
- Collaborate with oncologists, nurses, and staff to ensure comprehensive patient care
- Participate in inpatient call rotations, addressing patient needs and supporting the oncology team
- Educate patients and families about diagnoses, treatment plans, and ongoing care
- Assist in managing symptoms and side effects related to cancer treatments
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient records
- Current Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner license in California
- Certification in Oncology Nursing (preferred but not required)
- Bilingual in Mandarin Chinese (preferred but not required)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Base salary ranges from $120,000 to $180,000 USD, with semi‑annual performance incentive bonuses. The comprehensive benefits package includes health, dental, and vision insurance; generous PTO and paid holidays; CME allowance and reimbursement; and professional growth and development opportunities.
