- Outline and prepare daily routines for clients as written in the Individual Health Plan.
- Assist clients with bathroom needs, including toileting and personal hygiene.
- Change clients’ undergarments and clothing as needed.
- Prepare daily meals and assist with clean‑up.
- Pick‑up and drop‑off clients in company vans from/to their homes or facilities when necessary.
- Minimum Education:
High School Diploma or GED, CPR/First Aid, CPI, and MUST have DSP 1 & DSP 2 certifications. - RBT certification must be completed within 6 months of hire; training and support are available.
- Minimum Experience:
1 year of professional or personal experience supporting individuals with developmental disabilities (e.g., autism) or mental illnesses (e.g., bipolar) with challenging behaviors. - Minimum Driving
Experience:
Valid in‑state driver’s license, over 21, current registration and insurance, and no more than 2 points in the past 3 years.
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
- Ability to work both indoors and outdoors in all weather conditions.
Candidate must successfully pass all pre‑employment requirements, including a background check, physical evaluation, and other assessments.
