Part-Time DIR/Floortime Developmental Specialists
Play is not a break from learning. For young children, it is the learning.
We're hiring Part-Time DIR/Floortime Developmental Specialists to work with children ages 3–12 in our relationship-based Floortime Program at CBC Education.
This role focuses on:
- Emotional regulation and engagement
- Expanding communication through play
- Building problem-solving and flexibility
- Strengthening parent-child interaction
- Supporting developmental milestones in natural settings
Sessions take place in-home and/or in-center, where you'll guide children through meaningful, child-led interactions — while coaching parents on how to continue that growth beyond the session.
We're looking for professionals who are observant, reflective, adaptable, and passionate about early development.

Los Angeles & San Gabriel Valley Bachelor's in Psychology or related field required
