Position:
- Substitutes/ Substitute Custodian

Provide a clean, safe, positive environment for students, staff and the public.
Salary:- $19.87 per hour
- Facilities Director
- High School Degree earned or equivalent experience.
- Licensure or licensure in progress a plus.
- Good physical condition, ability to work in confined areas (ie: boiler room) and the ability to lift up to 75 pounds with no physical restrictions.
- Experience working with school district maintenance, procedures, methods and policies and the ability to properly instruct and oversee subordinates (ie: summer help).
- Maintain confidentiality, professionalism and appropriate dress and appearance.
- Personal attributes necessary for working within a team setting and creating an inviting and welcoming environment.
- Knowledge of computer programs and willingness to learn specific systems used within the district (ex: electronic maintenance request system).
- Detail orientated
