- Work within the Accounting email saving AP invoices, Lien Releases, correspondence with Subcontractors
- Data Entry of invoice and owner billings into Sage.
- Printing of invoices and logging on PO Logs
- Process & file weekly and monthly check runs
- Process Job Cost commitments
- Process Cash Receipts – including filing of paid invoices
- Saving / Printing Monthly reports
- Miscellaneous tasks/projects as needed
- May be required to lift a maximum of 10lbs
Skills and Experience:
- Experience with Microsoft suite
- Proficient in Excel
- Accuracy and attention to details is a must
- Work as part of a team, but can accomplish tasks independently
- Strong organizational skills
- Self-starter and proactive approach to tasks
- Excellent time management - prioritizing, multi-tasking
- Experience leveraging AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT) to improve efficiency, accuracy, and workflow automation is preferred
- Ability to be flexible with changing deadlines
