We are partnering with a growing company seeking an accounting professional who thrives in a startup environment. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys owning operational accounting processes end-to-end while working closely with leadership and external partners.

• Full-cycle hands-on AP/AR processing
• Responsible for all aspects of month-end close
• Payroll processing for ~75 employees

• Manage core accounting operations including bookkeeping, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger activities
• Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes, including reconciliations and consolidations, ensuring compliance with US GAAP
• Serve as the primary day-to-day contact for auditors and external accounting firms
• Oversee tax reporting and compliance across U.S. and other international entities
• Support full procurement cycle from purchase order generation through vendor invoice processing
• Process monthly employee payroll
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal reporting requirements and tax filings
• Support FP&A by providing budget vs. actuals analysis

• 5–10+ years of accounting experience
• Strong operational accounting background (GL, AP, AR, month-end close)
• Prior experience assisting with external audits
• Solid understanding of US GAAP
• Experience in a startup or high-growth environment strongly preferred
• Net Suite experience highly preferred
• Detail-oriented, hands-on, and comfortable wearing multiple hats
