Senior Accountant

Description

Robert Half has partnered with a client in San Jose in the property management industry who is seeking a talented Senior Accountant who can start on an immediate basis! This position is looking to convert from contract to full time depending on performance.

+ Reconciling sub-ledger to general ledger account balances

+ Preparing financial statements

+ Assessing internal controls, including risk assessments and reviews of risk areas

+ Performing monthly balance sheet, income statement and changes in financial position/budget variance analyses

+ Assisting in the design and preparation of budgets for review by management

+ Maintaining and reconciling fixed assets schedules

+ Supervising accounting staff

Requirements

+ Over 5 years' experience in Accounting with great knowledge in accounting principles

+ Experience in Net Suite or SAP preferred
