Key Responsibilities Record all transactions to the ledger in Quickbooks Online Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements Prepare and submit annual and quarterly taxes to relevant authorities
Required Qualifications Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in an accounting capacity (preferred) Competency in preparing local, state, and federal taxes for a small company Knowledge of Quickbooks Online software is a plus
Experience with Quick Books, Microsoft Excel, and other Microsoft Office programs Availability to work 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 6:00 pm Pacific Standard Time
