Junior Staff Accountant

Title: Junior Staff Accountant
Company: Life Sciences / Healthcare Services Industry
Compensation: $24-28/hour (DOE)

• Maintain and organize financial records, documentation, and supporting files.
• Perform high-volume data entry while ensuring a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Track and monitor outstanding invoices and assist with follow-up activities as needed.
• Update and maintain accounting databases, spreadsheets, and reporting tools.
• Prepare, compile, and distribute financial and operational reports.
• Assist with general accounting and administrative tasks to support the department.
• Ensure accounting information is current, accurate, and properly documented.

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Experience using Quick Books.
• Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills, including working with and maintaining legacy spreadsheets.
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
