Overview

The company’s mission is to reinvent parking and extend checkout‑free technology to all everyday experiences, giving people more time.
Responsibilities- Post customer payments by recording cash, checks, and credit card transactions.
- Update receivables by totaling unpaid invoices.
- Maintain records by microfilming invoices, debits, and credits.
- Verify the validity of account discrepancies by obtaining and investigating information.
- Resolve valid or authorized deductions by entering adjusting entries.
- Resolve invalid or unauthorized deductions by following pending deduction procedures.
- Summarize receivables by maintaining invoice accounts; coordinate monthly transfers to accounts receivable; verify totals; prepare reports.
- Protect the organization’s value by keeping information confidential.
- Accomplish accounting and organization mission by completing related results as needed.
- Prior accounts receivable experience preferred.
- Knowledge of computer systems and solid PC skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to interact effectively with all levels of the company, vendors, and customers.
- Ability to read and understand journal entries and the flow of information through a general ledger.
- Excellent research, problem‑solving, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Detail‑oriented, well organized, self‑motivated with the ability to multi‑task.
$27.00 - $31.00 per hour
