Pay Rate: $30-$33/hr

Experience:

At least 3-5 years of accounts payable experience.

We are excited to share a new opportunity for an Accounts Payable position located in San Jose!

This position is highly sought after and might not be available for long.

• Invoice Processing:
  Accurately and timely process vendor invoices, ensuring proper coding and adherence to company policies.
• Account Reconciliation:
  Match invoices with purchase orders and receiving documents to ensure accuracy and resolve discrepancies.
• Vendor Maintenance:
  Maintain vendor records, including contact information and payment terms, while resolving inquiries promptly.
• Payment Execution:
  Prepare and process payments to vendors in compliance with payment terms and contractual agreements.
• Expense Management:
  Review and process employee expense reports, ensuring compliance with company guidelines.

• Accounting Software Proficiency:
  Knowledge of Coupa, Service Channel, and Quickbooks is considered a plus.
• Analytical Thinking:
  Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and resolve issues efficiently.
• Advanced MS Office:
  Proficiency in MS Office suite, with a specific focus on Excel.
• Multitasking:
  Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize workload effectively.
• Interpersonal Communication:
  Excellent written and verbal communication skills for interacting with internal and external stakeholders.

  Experience:
  
  A minimum of 3–5 years of experience in accounts payable or related finance roles.
• Educational Background: A Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
• Core Knowledge: A strong understanding of accounts payable processes, principles, and best practices.
• Accounting Principles: A solid understanding of basic accounting principles and financial analysis.
• Collaborative Mindset:
  Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and maintain positive working relationships.
