Accounts Payable Supervisor – Sunnyvale, CA
Salary: $160,000 annually. Full‑time position.
OverviewJoin the Future of Workspace Innovation are seeking an Accounts Payable Supervisor to manage vendor invoice processing and day‑to‑day accounts payable operations.
Responsibilities- Responsible for compiling amounts owed by the company to vendors, suppliers, or other organizations.
- Gather purchase orders, charge slips and sales tickets.
- Maintain all payment records and related documentation.
- Oversee the day‑to‑day accounts payable function, ensuring accurate and timely processing of vendor invoices and employee expense claims.
- At least 3‑5 years of accounts payable experience.
