What You'll Do

+ Own quarterly closes, reconciliations, and financial reporting for complex private equity funds

+ Oversee capital calls, distributions, audits, and annual financial statements

+ Partner closely with external fund administrators while serving as the internal technical accounting expert

+ Support fund operations across sophisticated investment structures

+ Help improve processes while working alongside experienced investment finance professionals

Requirements

You're Likely a Great Fit If You Have

+ 5+ years of private equity fund accounting experience

+ CPA designation (required)

+ Big 4 foundation with a mix of public accounting and private equity experience is highly preferred

+ Strong technical accounting skills, exceptional attention to detail, and a desire to continue learning

+ The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
