Senior Accountant

Our client is a growing organization seeking a Senior Accountant to join its accounting team. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced accounting professional who enjoys owning the month-end close process, preparing financial reports, and partnering cross-functionally in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

• Prepare and record journal entries and maintain the general ledger
• Perform monthly balance sheet reconciliations and investigate reconciling items
• Support the month‑end, quarter‑end, and year‑end close process to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting
• Prepare financial reports, schedules, and supporting analyses
• Assist with the preparation of financial statements in accordance with U.S. GAAP
• Support annual audits by preparing schedules and responding to auditor requests
• Review accounting transactions to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies
• Partner with FP&A and other business teams to support reporting and operational initiatives
• Identify opportunities to improve accounting processes, internal controls, and efficiencies
• Participate in special projects, system implementations, and other ad‑hoc initiatives

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
• 3–6+ years of progressive accounting experience
• Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and month‑end close
• Experience preparing journal entries, account reconciliations, and financial reporting
• Proficiency with Excel and ERP systems such as Net Suite, Oracle, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar
• Public accounting experience and/or CPA is a plus
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem‑solving skills
• Strong communication skills with the ability to work cross‑functionally
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment
