Accounts Receivable Specialist

Position Summary

We are seeking a detail‑oriented Bookkeeper to join our team in San Jose, CA. The role is full‑time and offers a competitive hourly rate of $23.00‑$30.00 per hour, with additional benefits.

Monday – Friday, 8:00 am‑5:00 pm

• Manage daily financial transactions and bookkeeping activities.
• Process accounts payable and receivable.
• Maintain the general ledger and financial records.
• Prepare and process invoices and purchase orders.
• Reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies.
• Assist with budget preparation and financial reporting.
• Ensure compliance with accounting principles and regulations.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• At least 1 year of bookkeeping or accounting experience.
• Understanding of GAAP.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and computer skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish (preferred).
• Willingness to submit to a pre‑employment background check and drug screen.
• Must provide three professional references.
