Automotive Accounts Payable / Accounts Receivable (AP/AR) Clerk

Capitol Nissan Infiniti is looking for an experienced Automotive Accounts Payable / Accounts Receivable Clerk to join our accounting team. If you have previous dealership accounting experience and are proficient with CDK Drive, we'd love to hear from you.

- Process dealership accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies
- Post payments and deposits accurately
- Process invoices and maintain vendor files
- Prepare and process customer refunds
- Reconcile schedules and general ledger accounts
- Assist with month-end closing procedures
- Maintain accurate accounting records and documentation
- Work closely with management and other dealership departments
- Perform additional accounting and administrative duties as assigned
- Automotive dealership accounting experience is required
- CDK Drive experience is required
- Previous AP/AR experience required
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
- Excellent communication skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Professional, dependable, and team-oriented
