• Maintain accurate bookkeeping for multiple business entities
• Schedule and manage timely bill payments
• Perform monthly bank reconciliations
• Handle accounts payable and receivable functions
• Prepare and review daily sales journal entries
• Conduct inventory data entry and adjust monthly closing balances
• Calculate and submit sales tax payments
• Process payroll, including tracking hours, benefits, and payroll tax submissions
• Assist with monthly financial close
• Manage budgets and provide input for financial planning
• Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors
• Prepare monthly financial statements and internal performance reports
• Support additional accounting or administrative duties as needed

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field
• Minimum 2 years of professional accounting experience
• Proficiency in Quick Books
• Strong MS Office skills, particularly in Excel and Word
• Fluent in both English and Mandarin (written and spoken)
• Authorized to work in the U.S. (no visa sponsorship available)

Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $70,000–$90,000 per year (commensurate with experience)
