Senior Associate in Global Inventory Team
Position name:
Global Inventory Senior Associate
This position will report to the Costa Rica R2R Global Inventory Manager. Senior Associate will be responsible for supporting the processes assigned providing general guidance to the Team and supporting the process assigned to meet objectives.
Responsibilities- Provide support in day-to-day activities of Inventory team Associates.
- Provide support on execution of reporting tasks in the team and work in an efficient manner to drive results and quality.
- Manage month end processes to facilitate the review of the upper management as an effort to guarantee financial statements accuracy.
- Act as a point of contact for all technical queries for their assigned markets.
- Ensure the Inventory and Cost accounts are accurately reflected for USGAAP and local statutory accounting.
- Ensure high quality for the Balance Sheet reconciliation for the process assigned Support internal and external audit requirements.
- Ensure strong compliance environment with SOX, internal controls, accounting policies and procedures.
- Manage FLUX and BSR process.
- Bachelor's degree in finance / accounting
- Cost & Inventories, GRIR & GINI Accounting.
- Proficiency in Excel.
- Minimum 3+ years of related accounting experience required.
- Advance level in Business/Accounting English (required).
- Proficiency in Portugues (is a Plus)
- Experience in SAP.
- Excellent analytical thinking, technical analysis, problem solving.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Experience in process improvement is a plus.
