Sr. Manager, Cost Accounting

• Develop and maintain cost accounting systems and procedures for cost allocation
• Prepare and analyze cost reports, margins, and profitability trends
• Coordinate inventory audits and standard cost updates to ensure accurate valuation
• Collaborate with production, procurement, and engineering on cost drivers
• Contribute to budgeting, forecasting, and pricing strategy development
• Ensure accounting compliance and support audits
• Lead and mentor cost accounting staff and drive continuous improvement

• Master's degree in Accounting or related field
• Professional CMA or CPA highly desirable
• Minimum 12 years of experience in cost accounting and multinational corporate accounting
• Experience in manufacturing cost accounting and inventory management
• Proficiency in SAP and general accounting software; strong Excel and data analysis skills
