itD is seeking an Executive Administrative Assistant to enable senior leaders to operate at peak effectiveness by providing high‑impact administrative partnership, optimizing schedules and logistics, and ensuring seamless day‑to‑day operations that support organizational success. The ideal candidate will bring deep experience in executive support and office operations, with a track record of delivering reliable, proactive administrative outcomes for senior leadership.
Location: Hybrid – San Jose, CA (3 days a week in office)
Pay Rate: $37 - 42 (hourly)

Responsibilities- Lead complex calendar management for senior leaders, prioritizing meetings and resolving scheduling conflicts.
- Coordinate domestic and international travel, including itineraries, logistics, and expense documentation.
- Prepare, edit, and format executive‑ready documents and presentations using Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Plan and facilitate meetings, including agendas, materials, notes, and follow‑ups to ensure timely execution.
- Track action items and deadlines; provide reporting to support leadership decision‑making.
- Collaborate cross‑functionally to align schedules, communications, and deliverables.
- Maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment when handling sensitive information.
- Attend regular internal practice community meetings.
- Collaborate with your itD practice team on industry thought leadership.
- Complete client case studies and learning material (blogs, media material).
- Build out material to contribute to the Digital Transformation practice.
- Attend internal itD networking events (in person and virtual).
- Work with leadership on career fast‑track opportunities.
- Expert‑level proficiency with Windows desktop applications:
Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. - 7+ years of experience in an administrative environment.
- Proven experience with calendar management, meeting planning, and travel coordination.
- Demonstrated ability to support senior leaders with high attention to detail and discretion.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
- 2+ years of experience supporting SVP‑level leaders or above.
- 7+ years of experience in an administrative environment within a high‑tech industry.
- Prior experience with Cisco.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience required.
