We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Executive Assistant to provide strategic and administrative support. This position reports to the President and provides senior executive support to the President, Chief Financial Officer, and Vice President of Human Resources. The role is based on‑site at our San Jose, CA headquarters.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to:- Expertly manage and optimize complex calendars, coordinating all aspects of the President, CFO, and VP of HR schedules, including high volume complex domestic and international travel arrangements and meeting the executives’ needs.
- Act as the primary point of contact for the President, CFO, and VP of HR, handling all communications with precision and professionalism.
- Lead the organization and coordination of executive meetings, including agenda preparation, minute‑taking and action item follow‑up.
- Drive the planning and execution of strategic projects and initiatives, ensuring alignment with company goals and timelines.
- Partner with other executive assistants to provide guidance, support, and mentorship, ensuring high performance and professional growth.
- Demonstrated experience working effectively within a team of administrative professionals.
- Exceptional organizational, time‑management and multitasking skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and as an integral part of a high‑performing team.
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is highly preferred.
- A minimum of 10 years of experience in an executive assistant role, with proven success in supporting C‑level executives.
- Ability to travel domestically/internationally
