- Receives and Directs Visitors, salespersons, and customers to appropriate locations and parties
- Operates multiple phone line system. maintains a visitor log, and issues visitors badges
- Notifies personnel of visitor arrivals
- Books and schedules conference rooms
- Perform clerical and administrative duties
- Use of Company Intranet
- Additional duties may include; sorting, mail distribution, and special clerical projects
- 2-5 Years of Reception experience

Salary Range (annual) : $45,760.00 - $58,240.00
