Mailroom Clerk

• Report to the Logistics Supervisor.
• Send mail alerts to the correct recipients.
• Prepare international shipping documents.
• Generate shipping labels and arrange courier pickups.
• Maintain accurate inbound delivery logs, shipping requests, and billing data.
• Keep inventory of mailroom supplies.
• Operate office equipment and handle general mailroom tasks.
• Dispose of junk mail.

• Minimum 2 years of mail handling experience.
• Experience with major courier shipping platforms (e.g., Fed Ex Ship Manager, UPS World Ship).
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Integrity, discretion, and respect for confidentiality.
• Ability to read and comprehend a variety of materials.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to prioritize and work under pressure.

• Experience with SAP or other ERP systems.
