Office Administrator/ Coordinator, Summer Seasonal
Location: San Jose, California, United States
Job SummaryThe RMA Shipping Clerk works closely with customer service and shipping teams to meet daily customer demands. This position follows work instructions to carry out assignments correctly and meets tight schedules.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities- Receive incoming RMA packages, log and open RMA packages for physical and visual inspection
- Review and ensure product information matches RMA receiving documentation
- Communicate with customer service team on any receiving issues and/or discrepancies
- Follow up on pending RMA cases for completion, prioritizing tasks based on urgency
- Handle shipping process for RMA packages with Fed Ex, UPS, trucking
- Organize and maintain cleanliness at receiving dock and warehouse
- Handle the internal product transfer shipments between each logistics
- Maintain organized daily reports and documents
- Minimum of 1 year of warehouse/inventory experience (preferred)
- Excellent interpersonal communications and organization skills, able to multi-task and make effective decisions
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skill
- Independent and able to complete tasks with minimal supervision
- Team player
- Proficiency with MS Office required
Please note that this position requires regular in-office attendance. The successful candidate is expected to be present in the office during standard working hours and participate in team meetings, training sessions, and other on-site activities. Candidates should consider commuting distance and be prepared to fulfill responsibilities at the designated office location.
Salary Range$23.00/hr - $27.00/hr
The salary offered will depend on location, level, education, training, specific skills, years of experience, and comparison to other employees in this role. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, candidates may be eligible for additional compensation, such as bonus and equity award programs.
