22.11 - 26.53 USD Per Hour Working

Location:

San Jose:
North San Jose Center (In-person position)
Working Hours/Shift: FT, Monday-Friday, AM shift (8 AM to 4:30 PM)

What you bring to SBHG (qualifications):

Education:

High School graduate or equivalent required.

Associate degree or technical/vocational/secretarial school diploma preferred.

Experience:

Required:

Two (2) years’ general office experience.

Preferred:
One (1) year of clerical experience in an inpatient or outpatient medical setting.

Experience with opening/closing medical records and/or working as a front-office medical receptionist is highly desirable.

How you will make a difference (job overview):

This position provides a wide variety of administrative and clerical tasks in support of all the Community Service programs, including the Quality Assurance/Total Quality Management (QA/TQM) system functions.

Division/Program Overview:

Administrative Office Monday through Friday 8 am - 5 pm PSTServes Adolescents ranging from ages 12 years
-18 years
