Job Summary:
This on-site role involves providing comprehensive administrative support for senior executives. You will manage complex scheduling, coordinate meetings and travel, and effectively screen and prioritize communications. Judgment and independent problem-solving will be crucial in handling a variety of moderately complex tasks.

- Microsoft PowerPoint (advanced)
- Contract Type: W2
- Duration: 15+ months with possible extension
- Location: San Jose, CA (Onsite)
- Pay Range: $30 - $35 per hour on W2
- Manage complex executive calendars and schedule meetings.
- Coordinate all aspects of domestic and international travel arrangements.
- Handle incoming mail and prioritize urgent requests.
- Facilitate virtual and in-person meeting logistics.
- Prepare and organize documents and presentations.
- Expert-level calendar and inbox management.
- Proficient in virtual collaboration tools.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Experience in fast-paced professional environments.
