The Opportunity
The Sr. Executive Assistant provides strategic and high-level administrative support to executive leadership in Employee Experience (HR), enabling operational excellence and efficient business execution. This role is both tactical and strategic—balancing daily coordination with long‑term planning, process improvement, and relationship management. The EA acts as a trusted advisor and operations partner, ensuring that leaders’ time and focus are directed toward the highest business priorities.
WhatYou’ll Do
Strategic & Operational Support
- Anticipate executive needs and proactively align schedules, priorities, and resources to meet organizational goals.
- Partner with leadership on business rhythms, including staff meetings, all‑hands, and team offsites—driving agenda design, action tracking, and follow‑through.
- Provideinsightand recommendations to improve team processes, communication flows, and overall operational efficiency.
- Prepare and synthesize materials for executive reviews, leadership meetings, and presentations.
- Collaborate with finance, communications, and HR business partners on planning, budgeting, and organizational communications.
Executive Partnership
- Serve as an extension of the executive—representing their priorities, voice, and decisions across internal and external engagements.
- Manage sensitive information with the utmost discretion and handle complex, confidential matters with judgment and professionalism.
- Act as a culture and communications hub for the organization, driving engagement and alignment across distributed teams.
Administrative Excellence
- Provide comprehensive calendar management, travel coordination, expense processing, and eventlogisticsfor executives and their teams.
- Coordinate cross‑functional projects, ensuring deliverables and deadlines are met with precision.
- Maintain and continuously refine administrative processes to increase effectiveness and efficiency across the organization.
Cross‑Functional Collaboration
- Build andmaintainstrong relationships with internal teams, other Executive Assistants, and external partners tofacilitateseamless communication and collaboration.
- Partner with business unit and operations teams to implement initiatives and drive results thatimpactboth the immediate organization and related teams across Adobe.
- 10+ yearsof administrative experience, including4+ years supporting executive leadership(VP level or equivalent).
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple complex priorities in a fast‑paced environment with limited direction.
- Strong organizational, problem‑solving, and analytical skills, with the ability toanticipateissues and take initiative.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with proven diplomacy and professionalism across all levels of an organization.
- Demonstrated ability to influence culture and contribute to organizational success beyond administrative duties.

Expected Pay RangeOur compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $98,200 – $196,250 annually. Paywithin this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills,and experience. In California, the pay range for this position is $135,500 - $196,250.
