- Organize and coordinate office administration and procedures to ensure organizational effectiveness.
- Experience in office administration and management.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to manage staffing, financing, policy making, and patient care communications (for medical facility role).
- Proficiency with administrative software and technology.
