RequiredSkills
- Minimum AA degree, with 2–4 years of experience supporting Vice Presidents or similar senior leadership roles
- Exceptional calendar and schedule management skills, including coordinating meetings, travel, and events
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
- Proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision, demonstrating sound judgment and discretion
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), Google Drive, and Chrome River or similar expense management tools
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with a keen eye for detail
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism
- Strong interpersonal skills, political savvy, and a team‑oriented mindset
- Flexibility to work early or late hours as needed
- Experience in a high‑tech or startup environment
- Past work supporting diverse, multicultural teams
- Experience with event planning or coordination of off‑site meetings
- Familiarity with corporate policies and procedures in a tech setting
Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Past experience supporting executive leadership in a fast‑moving, innovative company environment
- Onsite position in San Jose, CA; must be available to work in‑person
- Ability to start immediately or ASAP
- Availability for flexible hours, including early mornings or late evenings when required
