Position Duration & Employment Status:
This role is expected to last approximately three (3) to six (6) months and is classified as a temporary position. While there is a possibility of conversion to a regular, full-time role based on individual performance, business conditions, and organizational needs, there is no guarantee of continued employment beyond the initial assignment.
Hourly Compensation: $25-$30, depending on experience
Position Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Temporary Purchasing Coordinator (Entry-Level) to join our team. This role is ideal for someone eager to learn, dependable, and comfortable working with computers and digital systems. You'll play a key role in maintaining accurate records, supporting internal teams, and ensuring data integrity across various platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Enter, update, and verify data in company systems with accuracy and efficiency.
- Review and correct data for errors or inconsistencies.
- Assist with generating reports and maintaining organized records.
- Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth workflow.
- Provide excellent customer service and support to internal departments and field technicians as needed.
- Follow company policies and confidentiality standards.
- Contribute to process improvements and problem-solving within the team.
Qualifications
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
