Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Social Media and Customer Success Manager based in San Jose, CA. Responsibilities include managing and optimizing social media accounts to build brand awareness and engagement, creating and curating high-quality content, analyzing social media metrics, and executing strategies to enhance customer experience. Additionally, the role requires fostering strong customer relationships, addressing inquiries, ensuring customer satisfaction, and implementing processes to improve customer retention.

Qualifications
  • Proven expertise in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service, with an understanding of customer needs and exceeding expectations.
  • Strong Analytical Skills to evaluate social media and customer data, and derive actionable insights.
  • Experience in Customer Retention and Relationship Building to create lasting connections with clients.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills to provide top‑notch service and support.
  • Social media management experience, including proficiency in platforms like Instagram, Facebook, Linked In, and analytics tools.
  • Ability to work on-site in San Jose, CA, with effective time management and multitasking abilities.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
