The LIVE Ecosystem Governance team plays a crucial role in ensuring platform integrity by designing product strategies, moderation mechanisms, and governance solutions to support sustainable growth. As a Product Manager, you will help develop governance tools, optimize ecosystem strategies, and drive cross-functional collaboration to enhance live streaming experiences.

Internships at Tik Tok aim to provide students with hands-on experience in developing fundamental skills and exploring potential career paths. A vibrant blend of social events and enriching development workshops will be available for you to explore. Here, you will utilize your knowledge in real-world scenarios while laying a strong foundation for personal and professional growth. It runs for 12 weeks.

Responsibilities:

* Product Development & Optimization:
Assist in designing and improving LIVE ecosystem governance tools and strategies to enhance content quality and platform safety. Develop user education strategies to promote positive engagement and prevent violations in the live streaming community.

* Ecosystem Analysis & Insights:
Analyze live streaming trends, governance challenges, and user behavior to identify risks and improvement opportunities. Leverage data-driven insights to refine governance strategies and optimize moderation processes.

* Cross-Team

Collaboration:

Work closely with R&D, operations, Algo, and Data teams to enhance governance efficiency and drive product iterations. Support internal prioritization and resource allocation to ensure smooth execution of governance initiatives.

* Feature Rollout & Stakeholder Communication:
Assist in the launch of new governance features and policies, ensuring clear communication with internal teams and external stakeholders. Monitor and respond to user feedback, continuously refining governance tools to improve live streaming safety and user experience.
