Adobe is looking for a Global Sales Compensation Analyst who will be responsible for supporting the compensation needs of our global sales organization. You will play an integral role in Adobe's ongoing compensation strategy by processing results, implementing Adobe controls, assigning quotas and providing ongoing support for the commissionable employees in the field.

Here’s

how you’ll make an impact on the team:
  • Provide analytical compensation support to HR Business Partners and business leaders, helping address compensation-related questions and business needs.
  • Support annual Rewards Planning and ongoing compensation programs through data analysis, reporting, and modeling.
  • Partner with Talent Acquisition, Global Mobility, and Rewards Operations to provide market data and offer guidance.
  • Conduct job matching, market pricing, and pay range analysis to inform decision-making.
  • Prepare insights and materials to support compensation recommendations and program improvements.
  • Contribute to compensation projects (e.g., job architecture reviews) by delivering analysis and documentation.
Here’s what you’ll need to be successful in this role:
  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Finance, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 4-5 years of compensation experience, supporting Sales and Technical populations.
  • Experience in a technology organization preferred.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and present compensation data clearly.
  • Effective communicator, able to translate data insights for various levels of stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Workday, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Experience with Radford surveys, market pricing, and pay range development preferred.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Collaborative team player with a consultative mindset.
Pay Range

$50.00 - $56.34/hour
